Spicy Turkey Pannini

2 slices of any brand honey wheat or honey wheatberry bread2 slices of fat free turkey breast2 Tbsp red pepper hummus1 slice jalapeno cheddar cheese, can be found in most deli's
Preheat the pannini maker or George Foreman Grill.
On 2 pieces of honey wheat bread spead 2 tbsp of hummus, (1 tbsp on each slice), and add slices of turkey breast and 1 slice of jalapeno cheddar.
Place the sandwich into pannini maker or George Foreman grill and remove after 5-6 minutes.

Could you check the calorie count. The hummus says 500 calories and I know that isn't right. I will be making these and want to put in my tracker. I think probably about 250 cal. - 5/4/10
