Crockpot Pulled chicken

Ingredients
3 pounds chicken breast, skinless and boneless1c ketchup2 1/2 T brown sugar2 1/2 T cider vinegar1 1/2 T Worcestershire sauce1T spicy brown mustardTabasco to taste
Directions
Place chicken in Crockpot (I use frozen fillets).

Mix remaining ingredients and pour over chicken. Cover and cook on low 8 hours (4 to 5 if not frozen).

Enjoy over brown rice or on rolls.
