Ingredients
1 15 oz canned pumpkin1 tsp pumpkin pie spice1 3/4 cup 1% milk2 pkgs Sugar Free Fat Free Vanilla Instant Pudding2 cups fat free whip cream
Directions
Combine 1st three ingredients until blended. Mix in the pudding packages until blended with a whisk. Fold in the whipped cream. Chill. Makes 11 1/2 cup servings. Or Weight Watchers, 3 points for 1 1/2 cup serving size.

    I use 2 cups of skim milk, one pkg of Sugar-Free vanilla pudding and one pkg of Sugar-Free Butterscotch pudding and reduce pumpkin to 1 cup. Put sugar-free Cool Whip on top. Yummy! - 2/8/11
