couscous with tomatoes, chickpeas, and capers

Ingredients
1 tbsp Olive Oil2 cloves Garlic, minced1/2 tbsp Capers1 tsp dried Oregano1 tsp dried Rosemary1 can Diced Tomatoes, undrained1 can chickpeas, drained and rinsed1/2 cup Vegetable Broth1/2 cup Water1 cup Couscous
Directions
Saute garlic in olive oil until golden brown. Add capers, oregano, and rosemary and saute 1 minute. Add tomatoes, chickpeas, vegetable broth, and water and bring to a boil. Add couscous, stir, and remove from heat. Makes about 4 1-cup servings.
