Vegetable Dip

Ingredients
2 tbs sugar2 tbs vinegar2 eggs, beaten2 tbs butter8oz pkg cream cheese2 tbs grated onion2 tbs grated green pepper2 tbs grated carrots
Directions
In a double boiler, melt butter; add sugar and vinegar. Add eggs and continue stirring until fluffy. 2 or 3 minutes. Remove from heat; add to already softened cream cheese and beat with beater until smooth. Add onion, green pepper and carrots.
