Crock Pot Chicken Tortilla Soup

Ingredients
Directions
2 pounds boneless, skinless chicken breast2 cans diced tomatoes1 can Mexican style diced tomatoes1 can tomato sauce2 cups salsa3 cans black beans
1. Put chicken in crock pot.
2. Pour all other ingredients on top of chicken.
3. Cook on low for 8 hours.
4. Remove chicken, shred, return to pot.
5. Pour into bowls lined with tortilla strips OR use tortilla strips for dipping.
6. Top with shredded cheese if desired (cheese not included in nutritional information)
Serves 10 (approx. 1.5 cups each)
