Ingredients
2 medium tomatoes - peeled and cut into wedges1/2 lb. snow peas, trimmed and cut in half2 Tbsp. lemon juice1/2 tsp. salt2 tsp. sugar1 Tbsp. Dried Mint Leaves
Directions
Combine the tomatoes and snow peas and set aside. In a msall bowl, whisk the remaining ingredients together and stire until the salt and sugar have dissolved. Pour over veggies and sprinkle with the mint leaves. Cover and chill until serving time.
