Cabbage, Sausage & Potatoes

Ingredients
15 Sausage Patties (fried)1 Tbs. Sausage Drippings1 Medium Head of Cabbage (chopped)4.5 Cups Reduced Sodium Chicken Broth1 Tbsp. PepperWater10 Medium Potatoes (chopped)
Directions
In a large stock pot combine sausage, drippings, cabbage, broth and pepper. Add water as neccessary to cover cabbage. Cook for 40 minutes on medium high heat. Stiring occasionally and adding water as needed. Add potatoes and more water. Cook for 20 minutes longer stirring occasionally. Keep liquid 3/4 of the way up the sausage and veggies.

This recipe makes at least 20 servings and can be frozen in steam bags.
