Ingredients
Beef, t-bone steak, 8 oz Onion, Medium, choppedBroccoli, frozen, 1 package (10 oz) Carrots, raw, 1 large (7-1/4" to 8-1/2" long), choppedCelery, raw, 1 stalk, large (11"-12" long), choppedbaby corn, 1.5 cup Bamboo shoots, raw, 1 cup Water chestnuts, 0.5 cup slices Mushrooms, canned, 1 cup Zucchini, .75 cup, sliced Canola Oil, 1 tsp Kikkoman Lite Soy Sauce, 1 tbsp Sesame Oil, 1 tsp Sesame Seeds, 1 tbsp Ginger, ground, 1 tsp
Directions
Heat oil in a wok, and cook onions until translucent. Add other vegetables and beef and cook until starting to soften. Don't let the veggies get mushy though! Add seasonings and sesame seeds with a minute to go and stir around to distribute flavor. Serves well with brown rice.
