Glorified Tomato Soup

Ingredients
2 Cans (10.74 oz) condensed tomato soup2 Cans (14.5 oz) diced tomatoes2 T. butter1 C. chopped onion1.5 c. milk1 t. leaf basil1 t. garlic powder1 t. sugar1 8 oz. brick cream cheese
Directions
Makes 6 servings

Saute onion in butter in a large pot. Add diced tomoatoes--do not drain. Add tomato soup--do not dilute. Add sugar & spices. Add milk. Bring to a boil, reduce heat & simmer 10 minutes. Add Cream cheese (cubed) and cover until cheese is melted. Serves 6.
