Ashure(Noah's pudding)

1 cup wheat1 cup oat1 cup chickpeas1 cup raisins1 cup almonds1 cup walnuts1 cup figs1 cup dates1 cup apricots1 1/2 cups honeyWater (enough to cover)Topping:cinnamon
1. Soak wheat, oat, chickpeas, and almonds in water overnight.
2. Boil the above ingredients (step 1)
3. Soak the raisins in boiling water until they soften.
4. Put the above ingredients (steps 1-3) in a large pot and boil them. Add walnuts and almonds (peeled and cut in half).
5. Chop the apricots,figs and dates into small pieces and add to the mixture, along with sugar.
6. Boil for 10-15 minutes.
7. Enjoy your pudding!
