Celery with Ricotta Spread

Ingredients
1/4 cup ricotta cheese 2 tbsp chopped cilantrominced garlic clovedash of lemon juice (about the amount from a small lemon wedge)salt and pepper to taste2 celery stalks, cleaned and each cut in half (4 half pieces total)
Directions
1. Mix the ricotta, cilantro, garlic, lemon juice and salt and pepper in a small bowl.
2. Spread on celery
3. Enjoy!
