Turkey and Black Bean Chili

Ingredients
1lb lean ground turkey1 can 28oz tomatoes2 cans black beans drained and rinsed (I like to use Kuner's Southwestern for 1 of the cans, but don't rinse these)1 medium bell pepper, chopped1 jar 16oz salsa1T chili powder
Directions
Brown turkey and drain, combine all ingredients and simmer for at least 20 minutes.

You may top with light sour cream and lowfat cheese if desired. Delicious!

*The sodium content should actually be lower than what it says, due to rinsing and draining the black beans.
