Donna's Pancake

Ingredients
1 cup flour4 tsp baking powder2 Tbsp sugar1 tsp salt1 egg2 Tbsp oil1 cup milk
Directions
Mix flour, baking powder, sugar & salt. Add egg, oil, milk; whisk until batter is lump free. Let rest for 10 minute and give it a stir. Heat nonstick pan and pour batter, cook 2 minutes and flip, cook 1 more minute. Make any size pancakes.
Recipe is for 2" diameter pancake, makes about 22 -24 each.

    I was just looking for a basic pancake recipe. It's nice to have choices but I had a hard time finding one for just plain pancakes. Donna's Pancakes? Perfect! :D I made double batches of dry ingredients and will put together batches of the rest for super quick breakfasts! - 5/8/14

    I substituted 1/2 cup whole wheat flour, 1/2 white, and they turned out really well. I don't think anyone would know the difference. Also, since it's October, I added 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice! - 10/22/09
