Dieter's Creamy Cheese Fondue

Ingredients

1.5 c dry white wine2 cloves garlic, peeled8 oz fat free cream cheese2 c shredded Low Fat Swiss or regular Gruyère Cheese1 tbs flour1 oz kirschpinch of each: salt, pepper, nutmeg
Bring wine and garlic to boil; lower to simmer and allow to reduce to 3/4 cup.
Remove garlic.
Stir in cream cheese and continue to stir until melted.
Combine shredded swiss with flour then add to melted cream cheese mixture, stirring until melted.
Add seasonings.
Keep warm in a fondue pot.

Blanched vegetables
Cubed crusty bread
Makes 8 (1/4 cup) servings
