Walker Chocolate Crinkles

2 c and 2 tbsp flour2 tsp baking powder1/2 tsp salt1/2 cup butter, room temp1 3/4 c sugar3 eggs1 tsp vanilla4 oz unsweetened chocolate, melted1/2 c powdered sugar
Combine flour, baking powder, and salt; set aside.
Cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
Beat in eggs until mixture is pale yellow.
Beat in vanilla and chocolate until blended.
gradually add flour mixture, mixing just to blend.
Cover and refrigerate dough about 1 hour
Preheat oven to 350f
grease cookie sheets
Shape heaping tsp of dough into 1 1/4 inch balls.
roll in powdered sugar.
Place 1 1/2 inches apart on cookie sheets
Bake about 12 mins. until tops are puffed and crackled
DON'T OVER BAKE!!
Cookies are soft when hot but fire and chewy when cool.
