2 lbs. beef cube steaks, divided into 4 patties.2 Tbsp of Spinach dip2 Low fat sandwich buns, toasted.
Grill or pan fry cube steaks to desired doneness. Toast buns in broiler till firm or lightly browned, may use butter or olive oil to enhance the process.
Place buns on plates topping each side with dip, then the beef. Close & eat up!
