Yummy Low Fat Banana Bread

Ingredients
3 medium bananas, dark brown sugar, baking soda, eggs, unsweetened applesauce, buttermilk, vanilla extract, walnuts
Directions
Preheat oven to 325 degrees F.

In a stand mixer, mix together bananas, sugar and applesauce. Add vanilla extract, and beat in eggs one at a time. Add baking soda and flour, adding buttermilk before adding in the walnuts.

Bake for 1 hour and 20 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
