5 large potatoes1 large zucchini1 medium onion1 egg1/2 cup breadcrumbs1 tsp salt2 Tbsp oil (for frying)
Directions
shred potatoes, zucchini, and onion in food processor or grater.
add egg, breadcrumbs, and salt

spoon into heated oil in frying pan until patties are done.
