Fruit Cake

Ingredients
4 eggs1/2 cup sugar1 1/2 cup flour1 pound candied cherries1 pound candied pineapple (or green candied cherries)1 pound brazil nuts (almonds will work)1 pound dates1 pound walnut halvesmix all fruit, beat together eggs, sugar, flour, mix with fruit. Pack into 2 greased, line with wax paper loaf pan (or a bundt pan)cover with tin foil, shiny side to fruit cake. Bake in slow over 325 degrees for 70 mnutes.Wrap in brandy soaked towel when done.
