green olive rice dish

Ingredients
3.5 cups cold water2 cups uncooked parboiled rice2 packets of goya seasoning1 can of black beans1 jar of green olives1 cup chopped onion3 roma tomatoes chopped3 garlic cloves chopped
Directions
heat olive oil in pan, add garlic and onion. Coat evenly. add everything but rice and bring to a boil. add rice and bring to a boil.

Simmer for 20 min w. tight fitting lid. remove from heat and let stand for 20 min. DON"T REMOVE LID or stir while it's cooking.
