Chicken-Chili Con Queso Dip

Ingredients
4 Boneless, skinelss chicken breasts, cooked and shredded8oz pkg of fat free cream cheese, cubed32oz low fat Velveeta cubed (or crumbles)16oz jar of salsa4oz can of diced green chilles4oz can of diced black olives8oz can of southwest/mexicorn
Directions
Combine all ingredients in a slow cooker. Cover and cook on HIGH for 1 1/2 to 2 hours, until cheese is melted, sitrring occasionally. Reduce to low setting to serve. Serve with tortilla chips.

    This was delicious! I omitted the cream cheese and added a jar of queso sauce. I also added jalepenos, diced tomatoes and black beans. YUMMY!! - 10/9/11
