Deer Steaklette Pasta Sauce

Ingredients
1.3 lb venison, cut into steaklettes2 tbsp olive oil2 tbsp flour2.5 cup tomato sauce14g porcini mushrooms, dry (reconsitute)1/2 cup red wine2 tbsp worchester sauce1 small onion, chopped1 bell pepper, chopped29 spanish olives, halved1/2 tsp salt1/2 tsp pepper4 oz swiss cheese3 cups dry rigatoni
Directions
Drege steaklettes in flour, sear in hot olive oil.

mix ingredients in third category together and pour over steaklettes in a caserole dish. Bake in a 350 degree oven for about an hour. 15 minutes prior to completion, place swiss cheese on the top of the caserole, remove dish top and continue baking.

Cook pasta, drain, and serve pasta sauce over top.
