Classic Pizelle

Ingredients
1-3/4 cups flour2 tsps baking pwder3 large eggs2/4 cup granulated sugar1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted1 tbsp vanilla extract
Directions
1) Combine flour and baking powder in small bowl. Set aside.
2) Blend eggs and sugar in medium bowl.
3) add melted butter and vanilla to eggs and sugar. Mix until combined. Add flour mixture - mix til just combined, do not over mix.
4) Add batter, about 1.5 - 2 tsps to pizelle maker. Enjoy!
