1 cup butter1/2 cup confectioners (icing) sugar2 sq. semi-sweet chocolate, melted1 cup potato starch1 cup corn starch1/2 tsp salt4 Tbsp (1/4 cup) White Rice Flour2 tsp Vanilla
Preheat oven to 325F. Cream butter until fluffy. Add sugar gradually and cream very well. Add vanilla and melted chocolate. Sift dry ingredients together well using 2 T rice flour if necessary.
