Low Carb Lemon Creme Brulee Cheesecake

Ingredients
Cream Cheese, 32 oz Egg, fresh, 6 large Sour Cream, .75 cup Lemon Juice, 1 lemon yields Lemon zest, 1 lemon yieldsDa'vinci's sugar free caramel syrup, 1 tbsp.liquid splenda equivalent to 1 1/2 cups sugar
Directions
Bring cream cheese and eggs to room temperature. Beat cream cheese until creamy and add lemon juice and sour cream. Beat until smooth. Add zest, syrup and splenda and beat until incorporated completely. Beat in eggs, one at a time, adding each only after the last is fully incorporated. Be careful not to overbeat as this is one of the causes of cracking.

Pour into a prepared springform pan. Bake in a 325 degree oven for 1 1/2 hours. Leave in oven several hours until completely cool, then refrigerate.
