1 C dates, pitted and chopped1 stick butter2 large eggs, slightly beaten2.5 C Rice Krispies (or other crisp rice cereal)1 C flaked coconut
Combine chopped dates, sugar, and slightly beaten eggs in a saucepan. Heat to boiling and simmer 6 minutes, stirring constantly. Add Rice Krispies and stir well. Allow to cool slightly before rolling into finger shapes and rolling through coconut. Allow to cool on wax paper and store in an airtight container.
