Heavenly Sour Cream Cookies

Ingredients
* Butter, unsalted, 150 grams* Powdered Sugar, 50 grams* Sour cream, light, 50 grams* Plain white flour (UK), 275 g* Salt, 1 dash* Vanilla Extract, 1 tsp
Cream butter with powdered sugar and vanilla extract. Gradually add flour, the pinch of salt and finally the sour cream. Knead into a smooth, firm dough. Chill for an hour, then roll out on a lightly floured surface, about 1/8" (3mm) thick. Cut with cookie cutters.
Bake in 375F oven, about 7 to 10 min., until lightly golden. you can dust them with a little more powdered sugar (since this is optional the calories are not included in the calculation) while they are still hot.
Should turn out 60 cookies, depending on the size of your cookie cutters!
