Ingredients
Smart Balance Buttery Spread, 2 cups Apriva no calorie sweetner, 3 cupsKroger Break-Free Egg Product, 0.5 cup Baking Soda, 2 tsp Allspice, 2 tspMilk, nonfat, 2 cupsFlour, allpurpose, 5 cup Walnuts, 2 cup, chopped
Directions
Use 2 cups of flour to dredge the nuts. Cream the Smart Balance and sugar substitute together. Add the baking soda and allspice. Add the eggs substitute then flour and milk together. Add the nuts Greese and line with wax paper a 8 inch round tube pan with center post.Pour into prepared pan.
Bake @ 275 for 3 hrs.
