Spicy Eight Layer Dip

32 oz. Old El Paso, Refried Beans, Fat Free2 tsp. Cayenne Pepper2 cups Low Fat Cream Cheese1 pkg. Taco Seasoning3 Avocados2 cups Fat Free Shredded Cheddar Cheese1/2 cup Scallions, Green Onions4 med. Tomatoes4 tbsp. Black Olives2 cans (8oz) Jalapenos
Mix the cayenne pepper in with the refried beans. Spread out as first layer in the bottom of a 9x13 pan.
Mix the taco seasoning and the cream cheese together and spread on top of the beans.
Cut up the Avocados into small pieces and layer the avocados on the cream cheese mix.
Then layer the shredded cheese, tomatoes, green onions and olives on top.
Finally layer the jalapenos on top or you can set on the side for people to add at their discretion.
Serve with tortilla chips. Makes 32 1/3 cup servings. Half recipe in 9-in square or pie pan for smaller groups.
