1 can of kirkland chicken breast1 can of black beans, drained2 bell peppers, cut into slices1/2 large onion, diced2 tbsp olive oil7 tortillas1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
prepare the veggies.
heat olive oil in a skillet and add peppers and onions. Saute over high heat for 5 minutes, continuously turning. add drained canned chicken, and black beans, and cook an additional 5 minutes. put cheese and mixture on each tortilla and roll up and eat. Enjoy! Makes 7 servings.
