Ingredients
8.5 oz. Ham Shank cubed1 can of tomatoes with jalapenos1 15 oz can of Dark Red Kidney Beans1 15.8 oz can of Great Northern Beans1 15 oz can of Butter Beans1/4 of medium oniontsp cuminsea salt and cayenne pepper to taste
Directions

Mix all together and heat.

    I recommend draining the beans well before adding. I just drained a little off the top, since it hadn't specified, and it was a bit watery for my taste. I also added some rice to soak up the liquid. VERY good though!!! My husband and I really liked it. - 10/19/10
