Ingredients: Pumpkin, canned, without salt, 1 cup (remove)*Whole Wheat Flour, 1.25 cup (remove)*Splenda No Calorie Sweetener, 32 tsp (remove)Baking Powder, 1 tsp (remove)Baking Soda, .5 tsp (remove)Cinnamon, ground, 2 tbsp (remove)Ginger, ground, 1 tsp (remove)Nutmeg, ground, .5 tsp (remove)sour or buttermilk, .334 cupApplesauce, unsweetened, .25 cup (remove)Vanilla Extract, 2 tsp (remove)Egg substitute, liquid (Egg Beaters), .5 cup (remove)Salt, .5 tsp (remove)
Directions
chop up pecans after measuring. mix dry ingredients, add in wet, blend. Bake for 30 - 40 minutes in a 375 degree oven. Great with cream cheese frosting, whipped topping, or makes a nice base for a vanilla pudding poke-cake.
