Romaine Lettuce (salad), 4 cup, shredded Chicken Breast, no skin, 12 ounces Tomatoes, 2 medium whole (2-3/5" dia) Cucumber (with peel), 1 cucumber (8-1/4") Almonds, .15 cup, sliced (remove)Bacon Bits, 2 tbsp (remove)Emeril's Essence
Directions
Season chicken breast with Emeril's Essence and cook. Assemble salad and mix all ingredients together.
