1 lb bulk Italian sausage3 cups biscuit/baking mix4 cups shredded cheddar cheese3/4 cup water
In a skillet, cook and crumble the sausage until no longer pink; drain. In a bowl, combine biscuit mix and cheese; stir in sausage. Add water and toss with a fork until moistened. Shape into 1-1/2 inch balls. Place 2-inches apart on an ungreased baking sheet. Bake at 400 degrees for 12-15 minutes or until puffed and golden brown. Cool on wire racks. Makes about 30 puffs.
