Bleu Cheese Potato Gratin

Ingredients
This is usually made with fresh potatoes, and half and half but I had to do a few substitutions.3-4 Cloves Garlic, crushed or minced2 cups 2% milk3 oz bleu cheese, dry crumbledFlour, 2 tablespoons (to thicken the sauce)3-4 Potatoes, sliced thinly and layered in baking dishBread crumbs
Directions
Heat milk, garlic, and bleu cheese on medium. When warm, use whisk to add flour and stir well. You may add salt and pepper as you wish.

Slice potatoes and layer in a baking dish.

When sauce has thickened, pour over sliced potatoes. Sprinkle bread crumbs on top and bake for an hour.
