1 package chocolate cake mix ( pudding type) 1 15 oz. can of pure pumpkin (make sure its not pumpkin pie filling) 1/3 cup of cherry pie filling
Preheat oven to 400F. Mix together chocolate cake mix, canned pumpkin (15 oz), 1/3 cup cherry pie filling. Scoop mixture into prepared muffin pan (spray muffin pan with cooking spray). Should make 12 small cupcakes or 6 large. Bake approximately 20 to 25 minutes ( check cupcakes with tooth pick, to ensure that it is completely cooked)
serving suggestions - you can split a large cupcake or top a small cupcake with 1 Tbsp of cherry pie filling & fat-free whip cream.
