Ingredients
Mushrooms, fresh, 2 cup, whole Bread crumbs, dry, grated, seasoned, 1 cup Egg, fresh, 2 large, beatenFlour, whole grain, .25 cup
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

1. Coat mushrooms lightly with flour.

2. Dip in egg.

3. Dip in Bread crumbs, place on cookie sheet.

4. Bake until golden brown.

Serve with favorite tomatoe sauce or low fat dressing.

    I used a few (stale) slices of whole wheat bread for crumbs. Placed in food processor and added seasonings to taste. Instead of dipping in crumbs, I placed mushrooms and crumbs in a container with cover and gave it a good shake.
