Crockpot Sweet and Sour Meatballs

Ingredients
Meatballs:-2 lbs lean ground beef (93/7)-1.25c. bread crumbs-1.5 tsp salt-1 tsp pepper-2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce-1 egg-.5 tsp garlic salt-.25 c. finely chopped onionSauce:-1 20oz can pineapple chunks, juice reserved-3 tbsp. cornstarch-.25 c. cold water-1.25 c. ketchup-.25 c. Worcestershire sauce-.25 tsp salt-.25 tsp. pepper-.25 tsp. garlic salt-.5 c. chopped onion
Directions
-Combine all of the meatball ingredients. Shape into 2" meatballs. Brown in a skillet, rolling so sides are browned. Place meatballs in slow cooker.
-Pour juice from pineapples into skillet. Stir into drippings.
-Combine cornstarch and cold water. Add to skillet and stir until thickened.
-Stir in ketchup and Worcestershire sauce. Season with salt, pepper, and garlic salt. Add onions and pineapples. Pour over meatballs.
-Cover. Cook on low for 6 hours.

Makes 17 2" meatballs.
