Ingredients
Preheat oven 400 degrees. Coat a baking sheet with 2 tbsp of oil.Put the chicken in the lge bowl of iced water. Add extra seasoning if you like to your taste to the yogurt.Remove chicken 2 pieces at a time dip in yogurt and roll in bread crumbs, putting eacvh breaded piece on baking sheet. Spray the chicken lightly with oil.Place baking sheet in oven on bottom shelf bake 1 hour, turn every 20 minutes to brown.
