BBQ Chicken Pizza

Ingredients
1 pizza crust (frozen or see whole wheat pizza crust)8 Tbsp barbecue sauce16 oz. cooked chicken, cubed1 small red onion, diced8 tsp fresh rosemary, chopped (or 1 tsp dried)2 cup 2% mozzarella cheese, shredded
Directions
1) Lightly coat a 12- to 13-inch pizza pan with nonstick cooking spray. Pat dough evenly into prepared pan, extending over pan slightly (if dough is hard to pat out, allow to rest for 10 minutes.) Sprinkle about a 1/2 cup of the cheese in a thin strip around the edge of the dough. Moisten edge of dough. Fold down edge over cheese and seal tightly to enclose the cheese. Prick crust all over with a fork. Bake in a 425 degree oven for 10 minutes.

2) Top partially baked crust with barbecue sauce, cooked chicken, red onion, rosemary and mozzarella cheese. Bake for about 7 minutes, until cheese melts and browns slightly and crust is cooked through.

3) Remove from oven.
