Oatmeal Raisin Cookies

Ingredients
1 cup canola oil1 1/2 cups splenda Brown Sugar Blend3/4 cup Splenda2 eggs2 tps vanilla3 cups flour4 tsp. cinnamon2 tsp. baking soda3 cups oats1 cup raisins (can substitute pecans or walnuts)
Directions
preheat oven to 350 degrees.
spray cookie sheets lightly with Pam cooking spray.
In large bowl, mix oil, eggs, the sugars, and vanilla .
In a seperate bowl mix flour, cinnamon, and raisins. Then slowly add while stirring to the wet mix. When mixed thoroughly, add the oats one cup at a time and mix well.
Drop on cookie sheet about an inch apart and bake 10-12 minutes or until golden brown.
Let cool before eating
