Combine all ingredients. I used a small melon ball size utensil and made 25 "snacks."

So tasty! It is really nice to have a low-calorie sweet treat I can go to after a meal or something when my dessert-cravings set in! I don't have a melon-baller, so I just rolled them into 1-inch balls and I ended up with 32 instead of 25--even lower calorie (55-per!). Will definitely make again! - 3/27/11
