1/2 cup peanut butter1/2 cup honey1/2 cup wheat germ1 cup oatmeal
Directions
Combine all ingredients. I used a small melon ball size utensil and made 25 "snacks."

    So tasty! It is really nice to have a low-calorie sweet treat I can go to after a meal or something when my dessert-cravings set in! I don't have a melon-baller, so I just rolled them into 1-inch balls and I ended up with 32 instead of 25--even lower calorie (55-per!). Will definitely make again! - 3/27/11

    No one in my house liked these. They had a weird aftertaste. Maybe I need to cut down on the wheat germ, I felt it overpowered all the other flavors. - 1/18/12
