Betty's Green Bean Recipe

Ingredients
2 lbs green beans fresh1 tsp salt2/3 c sliced green onions¼ c vegetable oil2 T wine vinegar1 T fresh dill chopped or 1 tsp dry dill1 tsp dry mustard¼ tsp fresh ground pepper
Directions
Put an inch of water in dutch oven, put in beans. Boil and reduce heat, simmer 5 minutes until crisp tender. Drain, return to dutch oven and stir in green onions.

Combine rest of ingredients with whisk or fork. Pour over beans and toss.

Garnish with dill or parsely. Good hot, room temperature or cold.
