Crunchy Potato Wedges

Ingredients
4 medium baking potatoes1 tablespoon canola oil1/4 teaspoon garlic powder1/4 teaspoon salt1/4 teaspoon pepper
Directions
Cut each potato into 12 wedges; place in a large bowl.

Add the remaining ingredients; toss to coat.

Arrange in a single layer in a fitting baking pan coated with nonstick cooking spray.

Bake at 425 degrees F for 20 minutes. Turn and bake 25 minutes longer or until crisp.
