Ingredients
1/2 lb Italian SausageLarge Head of Cabbage, choppedSmall raw onion, diced2 Russet Potatoes, peeled and diced in to bite size pieces6 Cups Swanson Chicken Broth, 99% Fatfree
Directions
Brown sausage in olive oil once browned add onion, cabbage and potatoes saute 5 minutes add broth bring to boil reduce heat and simmer till potatoes are done.

    I was in the mood for cabbage, and I had some extra sausage, so this did the trick. I subbed spicy Italian sausage. Also added some celery, 1/3 cup apple cider vinegar, garlic, and cajun seasoning. It's delicious, but I made it too hot for everyone but my son & me...hee he - 1/23/13
