Ingredients
10 spears Asparagus4-5 Red Potatoes, sliced thin1 Winter Squash, sliced thin1 Zucchini, sliced thinMrs. Dash, to taste10-25 sprays, I Can't Believe It's Not Butter, Original Buttery Spray, optional
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Slice all vegetables except asparagus. Spray a glass dish with cooking spray. Layer vegetables, spraying I Can't Believe It's Not Butter spray and sprinkling Mrs.Dash as you go. Place asparagus on top of the vegetables.

Bake for 30 minutes at 350 degrees. Turn the oven to broil and move the dish closer to the heat source for 5 minutes.
