1 cup of fat free plain yogurt1 scoop of soy protein isolate1 packet of individual serving Crystal Light (Lemon-Lime or Lemon)
Directions
In a bowl or large glass, mix all the ingredients together. Because too much of the ingredients will stick to the inside, I suggest NOT using a blender.
