Rice Pancakes

Ingredients
1 1/2 cups of cooked brown rice2 cups yogurt2 cups of white flour or wheat1/2 teaspoons salt2 medium eggs1 teaspoon baking soda
Directions
Mash rice are 2 minutes. Then add the rest of the ingredients. Mix for 2 minutes on medium speed. Cook like normal pancakes and top with applesauce or fresh fruit.
