Tangy Barbecue Pulled Beef Sandwiches

Ingredients
-3 c. chopped celergy-1 c. chopped onion-1 c. ketchup-1 c. barbecue sauce-1 c. water-2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce-2 tbsp. brown sugar-1 tsp chili powder-1 tsp salt-1/2 tsp pepper-1/2 tsp garlic powder-4 lb boneless chuck roast-hamburger buns (not included in calorie count)
Directions
-Combine all of the ingredients into the slow cooker except for buns and roast. Mix well then add roast.
-Cover and cook on high for 7 hours.
-Let cool, remove roast, and shred meat. Return to sauce and heat.
-Serve on buns.
